ORDER DISPATCH:

We are a custom-made clothing company that creates each order individually for our customers. All our abaya and slip-dresses are handmade to order, including the measurements, the length, and the embroidery of each design. This is a detailed and time-consuming process that takes seven weeks from the time you place your order. We do not offer express deliveries or bulk orders. We only deal with high-quality and luxury pieces that are unique and certified. We do not remake any design once the order period has closed. Here's a revised version. All orders are pre-orders, taking up to six weeks for creation and delivery. Please ensure you are certain before placing an order. Each order requires a minimum bulk order of 50 per design to initiate mass production, with a maximum order limit of 100 per design. Once created, a design will not be reproduced, ensuring exclusivity.

After the seven-week period, your order will be dispatched on the next working day if you are located within the United Kingdom.

DELIVERY TIME:

For customers within the UK, we offer two delivery options: First Class and First Class Signed For. The First Class option typically takes 1-2 days to arrive, while the First Class Signed For option provides a more secure delivery with a signature confirmation. However, delivery times may vary depending on the courier's policies and procedures. We are not responsible for any delivery issues or lost packages once your order has been dispatched. For customers outside of the UK, after the seven weeks period, delivery times may vary between 7-14 days. However, please be aware that the actual delivery timeframe may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and other factors beyond our control. ORDER PLACEMENT:

We do not ship any orders on Sundays. If you place your order on Saturday after 8AM (UK time), your parcel will be shipped out on the following Monday.
