Lauda Collection is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimise delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
1. SHIPPING ZONES
Lauda Collection delivers to the following shipping zones:

Domestic Deliveries: United Kingdom

International Deliveries: Rest of the world
All orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). For security reasons, Lauda Collection will not ship any orders to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any orders where it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.
2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will depend on the delivery location of the order, the type of shipping selected by the customer (in the case of UK customers) and the shipping costs set by the courier companies and will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Lauda Collection may on occasion and as a result of special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at checkout.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
We are a company specialising in tailor-made garments, dedicated to creating unique garments for each of our customers. Each piece is handcrafted and made to order, adjusting to the specific measurements, length and embroidered details of the chosen design. This meticulous creation process takes seven (7) weeks from the time the order is placed. At the end of this period, your order will be dispatched the next working day. We do not have an express delivery service and do not accept bulk orders. We focus exclusively on offering high quality and luxury products, guaranteeing their exclusivity and authenticity. After the order deadline, we do not make any changes to designs.
Orders will be processed Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 (UK time).
Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays. Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.
4. SHIPPING TIMES

UK customers: We have two delivery options, First Class and First Class Signed For. Delivery by First Class generally takes 1-2 days, whereas First Class Signed For offers a more secure service by requiring confirmation of receipt by signature. It is important to note that delivery times may fluctuate due to the policies of the courier service used. We assume no responsibility for any inconvenience or loss of packages once they have been dispatched. We recommend that you use the tracking number provided to contact the courier if you require further details.

International customers: after seven weeks of placing your order, delivery times vary from 7 to 14 days. However, it is crucial to consider that the actual delivery time may differ depending on the destination country, customs processes and other external factors. We advise you to make use of the tracking number provided to contact the courier service and receive updated information.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order to be tracked through the corresponding courier company. Be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate courier company according to the tracking number provided or contact us through our contact information for further assistance and information.
6. CUSTOMS TAXES
Please note that customs duties may apply to international orders (orders outside the UK) depending on the customs legislation of each country. The customer is responsible for the payment of any customs duties that may be imposed on your package upon entry into the destination country. Please check the customs situation in your country regarding the import of goods and the collection of customs duties before placing an order, as Lauda Collection is unable to provide you with this information. Lauda Collection is not responsible for the payment of any customs duties that may apply to your international orders, nor for any packages returned or undelivered due to non-payment of such duties. The payment of any customs duties that may apply to your order is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.
7. DELAYS
Lauda Collection is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, Lauda Collection is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
8. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
9. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Lauda Collection will not be responsible or reimburse for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address they provide during the checkout process is current, correct and accurate. Before completing the checkout process, please ensure that you provide a correct, current and accurate delivery address.
If your order is not delivered due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses and the order is returned to our premises, we reserve the right to charge you for additional delivery charges or to terminate this contract and issue a refund with the discounted value of the delivery.
10. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Lauda Collection recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Lauda Collection is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.
11. SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment Lauda Collection makes the product available to the customer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered".
