1. NO RETURNS 

Lauda Collection offers customised and made-to-order products; therefore, no refunds are accepted once the order has been processed. Before making your purchase, we recommend that you carefully review the design and size of the product to ensure that it meets your expectations and needs. By confirming your order, you agree to this non-refundable condition, understanding that each product is created specifically to the specifications you have selected. We appreciate your understanding and urge you to contact us with any questions prior to your purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

 

2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Lauda Collection is committed to ensuring total customer satisfaction. In the event that you receive defective products, such as printing errors, products damaged in transit or incorrect products (such as a different size or design to the one you ordered), we offer you the option of a refund or exchange of such items.

To request a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product, providing clear evidence of the defect or error, such as photographs. Once we receive and verify the validity of your claim, we will proceed with the refund or exchange process.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to make the original purchase. Refund processing time may vary, but is generally completed within 10 working days of confirmation of receipt of the return. In the case of an exchange, a new product will be shipped as soon as the defect in the returned item is verified.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that are not in the condition in which they were sent or if the request for refund or exchange is not made within the specified period.
