2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Lauda Collection is committed to ensuring total customer satisfaction. In the event that you receive defective products, such as printing errors, products damaged in transit or incorrect products (such as a different size or design to the one you ordered), we offer you the option of a refund or exchange of such items.

In the case of an exchange, a new product will be shipped as soon as the defect in the returned item is verified.
